For this tutorial, I am using the artwork of Keith Garvey. 

I am using the PTU Cuddles Scrap Kit by Pimp'd Designz.

Let's Begin!!

Open a new image size 700x700

Flood Fill White

Open Frame 5-Copy and paste as new layer

Resize 85%

Using your magic wand, select inside the frame

Selections-Modify-Expand by 5

Open Paper 8-Copy and paste as new layer

Selections-Invert-Delete-Select None

Move the paper layer below the frame layer

Add a drop shadow to the frame layer

Open Flower 3-Copy and paste as new layer

Add a drop shadow

Open Ribbon 1-Copy and paste as new layer

Resize 85%

Add drop shadow

Mirror

Open Flower 1-Copy and paste as new layer

Resize 40%

Add drop shadow

Select Raster 1

Use your foreground color and select a pink color from the flower

Flood fill with this color

Apply mask of your choice.

Merge Group

Open your tube-Copy and paste as new layer

Resize to the size of your choice

Add drop shadow

Effects-Plugins-Xero-Bad Dream

 Add your name and copyright information and you are done!!

Open a new image size 700x700. 

Flood Fill White

Open frame 4-Copy and paste as new layer

Resize 85%

Using your magic wand, select inside of the frame

Selections-Modify-Expand by 4

Open Paper 6-Copy and paste as new layer

Resize 60%

Selections-Invert-Delete-Select None

Move the paper layer below the frame layer

 Open flower 7-Copy and paste as new layer

Resize to 40%

Add drop shadow

Open flower 6-Copy and paste as new layer

Resize 50%

Add drop shadow

Open greenery 2-Copy and paste as new layer

Resize 60%

Add a drop shadow

Move below the two flower layers

Flip-Mirror

 Open lantern-Copy and paste as new layer

Resize 60%

Open bird-Copy and paste as new layer

Resize 40%

Add drop shadow

Mirror

Open flowers 1 and 8-Copy and paste as new layer

Resize them about 70%

Add drop shadow

Using your eraser, erase the bottom parts of the stem

(use my image as a guide)

 Open ribbon 3-Copy and paste as new layer

Resize 70%

Add a drop shadow

Mirror

Select raster 1

Open paper 2-Copy and paste as new layer

Apply mask of your choice

Select your frame layer-Add a drop shadow

Open your tube-Copy and paste as new layer

Resize if needed

Add a drop shadow

Add your name and copyright information and you are done!!

Open Flower 2-Copy and paste as new layer

Resize 55%

Add drop shadow

Open Flower 3-Copy and paste as new layer

Resize 55%

Add drop shadow

Open wings-Copy and paste as new layer

Resize 30%

Add drop shadow

Rotate 10 degrees left

Open Ribbon 2-Copy and paste as new layer

Add drop shadow

Open Lights-Copy and paste as new layer

Bring down right about raster 1

Duplicate-Mirror-Flip

Open Mesh 1-Copy and paste as new layer

Resize 80%

Bring down a few layers if needed

Select your paper layer

Effects-Plugins-Xenofex 2-Constellation

Apply the following settings

Select your frame layer-

Using your magic wands, select the inside of the frame

Selections-Modify-Expand by 4

Open your image or tube-Copy and paste as new layer

Selections-Invert-Delete-Select None

Move the image/tube layer below the frame layer

Adjust-Hue & Saturation-Colorize

Set Hue to 0 Set Saturation to 20

Select the frame layer-Add a drop shadow

Add your name and copyright information and you are done!!
